1-3 Years: No Cost (No Train Tickets, No Seats on the Car)
3-5 Years: 40% Cost (No Train Tickets, No Seats on the Car, All Meals)
3-5 Years: 70% Cost (No Train Tickets, Full Seats on the Car, All Meals)
5 Years and above: Full Cost (Train Tickets, Full Seats on the Car, All Meals)
As age proof birth certificate will provide.

1. Manager will allot the rooms by lottery system everywhere. But senior citizens can prefer the rooms in ground floor etc.
2. Double room sharing means Two person will stay in a Double Bed Room and Triple room sharing means Three person will stay in a Double Bed Room.
3. On travel time everybody will rotate the seat on the car every day. Nobody can request for any specific seat.
4. We can’t provide any specific seat or berth in the train. But anybody can book his own train tickets. At that case sleeper train fare will deduct from the package cost.
5. Our country India is full of religious and cultural diversity. We respect that kind of diversity as well as your personal and religious beliefs. But in between trip we can’t provide any special arrangement or separate meals for any guests. We are not even able to provide any special food on any special day for the purpose of worshiping a particular deity.
6. In the event of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, the company has discretionary powers to modify the route or cancel the tour.
7. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised in the brochure, without assigning any reason. In that case, money paid by the tour participant will be refunded after deducting the actual costs. But no compensation claim will be entertained.
8. The NGT (National Green Tribunal) has ordered the state government to allow limited car per day for visiting Rothang pass. Also, no permits are issued on Tuesday as the day is marked for maintenance of Rothang.

1. 50% of the total package cost is to be paid to confirm a booking. The Balance 50% is to be paid before Ten Days of journey.
2. If an advance is received but unlikely the customer cancels the tour then:
Before 20days of journey date: 20% package cost will deduct as cancellation.
Between 5days to 19days of journey date: 50% package cost will deduct as cancellation.
Between 5days to journey date: 100% package will deduct as cancellation.
